About Our Company The Mortgage Market of Delaware, LLC is a locally owned and operated family business. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate lending. The company began operations in June 2006. Our offices opened in February 2007 and are located at 401 S. DuPont Blvd.,Milford, Delaware, in the Sussex Professional Center. Chris Moore is the Founder and President. He created the family business after being in the mortgage industry since 1974. He realized that to be able to offer more loan products and better customer service, he needed to move away from the corporate environment to a totally entrepreneurial atmosphere. Chris' wife, JoAnn, is the Vice President and has been a mortgage loan officer for 10 years. Chris has also brought on their son, Chad and daughter, Andrea, to complete the current staff. Chad and Andrea both graduated from Milford High School and both hold degrees from the University of Delaware. The Moore's family business offers a broad spectrum of loan products. We treat our clients to a mortgage experience that is simplified and streamlined with unparalleled service.
